Some throw me back into the issue of Metro icons not appearing, and others have locked up my computer in screen saver mode. I have tried a variety of video drivers from LaptopVideo2Go with modified. I am also using a Dell D820 with the Nvidia NVS 120M and have experienced the same issues.
